What is your typical production lead time? We recommend reaching out 3 to 6 weeks in advance of your targeted production date. This window allows sufficient time for talent casting calls, location scout permits, wardrobe sourcing, and comprehensive lighting tests.
Do you provide full-service casting direction? Yes. SHIVOM.VISUALS manages end-to-end talent acquisition: publishing casting calls, scouting new faces, coordinating with premier modeling agencies, negotiating usage rates, and running live callbacks.
What are the licensing & deliverable terms? Standard commercial deliverables include calibrated high-resolution Master TIFFs and web-optimized JPGs. Usage rights (digital, OOH, print catalog, or global billboard) are tailored to your campaign scope and clearly detailed in your contract.
Are international travel shoots accommodated? Frequently. Studio equipment packages, carnets, and transport logistics are regularly handled across Europe, North America, and select worldwide destinations. Travel expenses and per diem rates are quoted transparently.
